Marketing Innovators Announces Four Executive Team Promotions

ROSEMONT, IL, July 30, 2012 – Marketing Innovators International, Inc. (MI), a leading provider of performance management technologies and services, today announced the promotion and realignment of four senior executives. The four and their new positions are: Brad Callahan, vice president, business solutions; Cindy Mielke, vice president, marketing; Jig Samani, vice president, technology; and Wilmi Schmidt, vice president, client implementation.

“We have a number of new products in the pipeline. This reorganization positions us to launch those products quickly, manage our growth, and better serve our clients as we move forward,” says Richard A. Blabolil, president of the company.

Callahan, who has been with the company for 10 years, most recently as manager, business solutions, will lead the strategic development of people performance management solutions for MI clients. He will oversee key account management and client consultation. Callahan has a Human Capital Strategist (HCS) designation from The Human Capital Institute and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Incentive Marketing Association (IMA).

Formerly manager, marketing strategy for the company, Mielke now will direct corporate marketing, communications, and lead /business development initiatives for MI. Her team also develops digital media and print assets that support client programs. Mielke has 18 years experience in the incentive and recognition industry, and has served as president of both the IMA and the Incentive Gift Card Council (IGCC) and currently serves on the Recognition Council board of Directors.

As vice president, technology, Samani will lead the MI technology team in developing client technology solutions ranging from fast-start, out-of –the-box solutions to complex enhancements and new products that answer the most complex client needs. Samani has over 9 years of experience in project management, quality assurance, full lifecycle system development, IT visioning/strategic planning, data warehousing and business process design.

Schmidt will lead the company’s processes and procedures in the implementation of new client programs, where her team acts as a single point of contact. She also oversees account management activities for existing MI clients and is instrumental in researching analytics of participant behavior metrics.  An industry veteran with more than 20 years experience, Schmidt’s previous positions with MI included manager, client services, manager, human resources and director, merchandise operations. Her background also includes 6 years in the travel industry.
